A Saunagus Master to provide the experience

How long does the experience last?
How long does the experience last?
The Saunagus experience takes place from 18:00 to 19:15 (75 minutes). We will then have dinner together at the Winter Island and head to Malmø.
When should I arrive?
When should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive as early as you like. However, it is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier and check-in to the event. Please let us know if you will be late by sending an email to registration@copenhagenfurryclub.dk.

We will meet at the Winter Island which is located near Copenhagen Central Station. Check our good to know page here to learn more!
Do I need any special clothing?

We recommend you bring a swimsuit/swim pants. A towel is provided by the venue for free.
Can I swim in the harbour?

As there is a general ban on bathing in the harbour (unless you are in a bathing zone), swimming in the harbour is unfortunately not allowed. For the same reason, the venue has both cold water showers and a splash bucket on the island as an alternative. Swimming in the harbour can result in expulsion.

What happens if not enough people sign up?

We need a minimum of 30 attendees for the experience to be viable. If we do not meet this number we will look into booking 10-people saunas instead to ensure that we do not overpay for a bigger sauna we will not fill.

You have seven (7) days to pay from the moment your registration is approved. If you do not pay in time, your registration will be automatically cancelled.
Can I cancel my booking?

It is unfortunately not possible to cancel your booking after you have paid. However, you are more than welcome to sell or transfer it to someone else! If you would like to do this please reach out to us at registration@copenhagenfurryclub.dk.
Is there a waiting list?

If we sell out of tickets, you will be invited to join the waiting list. If someone cancels his/her registration it will be offered to the next person in the waiting list automatically. If the waiting list becomes too long we will consider booking more saunas.
Can I bring my fursuit or other bulky items?
Can I bring my fursuit or other bulky items?
You are welcome to bring your fursuit or other bulky items. However, keep in mind that there is only storage available for small items and you might need to leave your unsupervised belongings near our booked table.
